Update on 4/21/20:
The USDA recently announced the creation of the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program, which includes direct payments to producers. You can read more here.
Update on 5/11/20:
The SBA announced that it would open the Emergency Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program for farmers. You can visit the loan application page here.
Update on 5/15/20:
The Oregon Department of Agriculture has released Guidance for U-Pick Farms, aimed at both growers and customers.
Update on 5/21/20:
The USDA will begin accepting applications from agricultural producers for the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program on May 26; the application window will be open through August 28.
