In this online succession planning course, Diana Tourney will present on starting the conversation, the process of succession planning, and making sure the right people are at the table to work through obstacles. Christy Anderson Brekken will speak about making operational and family decisions within transition and getting organized before reaching out to professional resources for help with the process.
