On August 16, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, the Agricultural Law Section of the Oregon State Bar will hold its annual Agricultural Round Up CLE.
This event will be in person at the Columbia Gorge Discovery Center & Museum in The Dalles. Coffee and a box lunch will be provided, and are included in the cost of the program.

1. Agricultural Employment Law Updates: Heather Van Meter, Miller Nash
2. State Meat Inspections & Processing Program Updates: Mountain Valley Meats & Oregon Department of Agriculture
3. Working Land Easements for Succession and Business Planning: Nellie McAdams, Oregon Agricultural Trust
4. Ethics: Amber Bevacqua-Lynott, Buchalter
Credits: 3 general CLE credits + 1 Ethics credit (pending)
Cost: $20 Agricultural Law Section members; $60 non-section members (It only costs $17 to become a member!) The cost includes coffee and a boxed lunch (see below link to submit your lunch preference.)
